📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including sample analysis, quality control, and method development.
• Perform chemical analyses using advanced equipment such as HPLC, GC-MS, and pH meters.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct research and development to improve product quality and innovation.
• Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory techniques and quality assurance practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory operations and quality assurance.
• Certification in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC-MS, and pH meters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
