📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic forestry plans that align with environmental regulations and sustainable management practices.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of forestry projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of forestry activities, ensuring that all operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Manage and mentor a team of forestry professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities, to foster a culture of environmental stewardship.
• Utilize advanced forestry management software, such as GIS and remote sensing tools, to analyze and optimize forestry operations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of forestry activities to ensure adherence to sustainability standards.
• Represent the company in industry forums and conferences, advocating for sustainable forestry practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in forestry management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) or similar relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, particularly those applicable to the Bangka Belitung region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale forestry projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in using forestry management software, including GIS and remote sensing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
