📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform surgical procedures on small animals, including spays, neuters, orthopedic surgeries, and soft tissue surgeries, using advanced surgical techniques and equipment.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of small animal illnesses and injuries, utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and their owners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and professional development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including surgical notes, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous care for our patients, even outside of regular business hours.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior veterinary staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new surgical protocols and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in veterinary surgery, with a focus on small animal care.
• Certification in veterinary surgery or relevant specialty from a recognized veterinary organization.
• Strong knowledge of advanced surgical techniques and equipment, including laparoscopy and endoscopy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both veterinary staff and pet owners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in veterinary medicine.
• Valid veterinary license and registration with the relevant regulatory bodies in Indonesia.
