📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and update reservation systems using PMS (Property Management System).
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns at the front desk.
- Assist with guest requests and special arrangements as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of English is required.
