• Greet and assist customers at the front counter, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Stay updated on menu items and promotions, and communicate this information to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
