📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and office management.
- Develop and implement HR programs to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Coordinate with various departments to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
