📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at the front desk and dining tables.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Assist in seating arrangements and manage table reservations.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Provide recommendations for menu items based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the dining area.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
