📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels using our in-house inventory management system, ensuring that we always have the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, working closely with our sales team to ensure that orders are shipped out on time and with the highest level of accuracy.
• Maintain our store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring that our customers always have a pleasant and welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist with the setup and execution of in-store promotions and events, helping to drive sales and engage with our customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address any operational issues that may arise, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of reports and data, helping to track and analyze our store's performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share your insights with the team to help us continue to improve and grow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must, as you'll be responsible for delivering orders and running errands around the store.
