📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing menus.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Participate in cost control and menu engineering activities.,Ensure a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certification.
