📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings for clients.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tax projects and timely delivery of results.,Identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization, and present recommendations to clients.,Monitor and report on tax audits and disputes, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, Income Tax, and other relevant tax codes.,Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide effective solutions.,Familiarity with the business environment in Ambon and the surrounding regions is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
