📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and growing the leasing portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and securing new tenants.
  • Negotiating and finalizing leases, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual requirements.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential tenants.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leasing department, including tenant relations and lease renewals.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to the management on leasing activities and performance.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and tenant satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, retail management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing leasing portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Understanding of retail market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
