Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives.,Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.,Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Oversee performance management and development, helping employees to reach their full potential.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Act as a business partner to other departments, providing HR expertise and advice.,Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
