This is a full-time position based in Bekasi Utara, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, with a competitive salary package of IDR 120,000,000 - 200,000,000 per year.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and execute business development projects from inception to completion.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to inform business strategies and decision-making.
• Present business proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
