📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop high-performance analog integrated circuits for various applications,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development,Develop and maintain design specifications and documentation,Conduct simulations and testing to verify the functionality and performance of analog ICs,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog IC design and industry trends,Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality,Troubleshoot and resolve design issues to ensure successful product development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field,5+ years of experience in analog IC design,Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and techniques,Proficiency in using analog IC design tools and software, such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys,Experience in designing high-performance mixed-signal solutions,Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
