In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and a passion for helping others resolve technical issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for Salesforce applications.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.,Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.,Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.,Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and support.,Certification in Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic.,Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
