📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential MSME clients in Medan.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities to promote Majoo's products and services.,Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the MSME sector.,Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and product information.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote Majoo's services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.,Strong understanding of the MSME sector and local business landscape in Medan.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Medan.
