Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
