Hokian Elsa Laundry is looking for a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our laundry business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for providing excellent service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laundry business, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Manage and coordinate with the team to meet production targets and customer expectations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement and replenishment.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the laundry or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
