As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
