📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
