Hotel Wati Fashion is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and wants to make a real impact in the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and possibly reference checks.,Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on the quality of candidates and the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
