📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
• Documenting patient health information and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Performing routine medical tests and procedures as required.
• Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assisting with the administration of the facility, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
