As a Loan Processor and Treasury Assistant, you will handle end-to-end loan processing, from initial application to final disbursement, using our in-house system. You will also manage treasury operations, including reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process loan applications from start to finish using our in-house loan processing system.
• Conduct thorough credit checks and risk assessments to ensure compliance with our lending policies.
• Manage treasury operations, including reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate loan disbursements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loan processing and treasury management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing or treasury management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
