TRACE Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
