📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their suitability for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify potential candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and local employment laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
