📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Manage payroll and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, mediating as needed
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
