City Shop Nusantara is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tenggarong. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for logistics and transportation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all safety regulations.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure efficient use of space and time.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Provide support to drivers and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
