📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including CNC machines, conveyors, and packaging systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment utilization and streamline workflows.
• Document equipment maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Participate in technical training and professional development programs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, conveyors, and packaging systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
