📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation programs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing candidate communications and scheduling interviews.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
