Root Silver Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Shop Assistant to join our team in Nusa Dua. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting shop assistants in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist shop assistants in stocking and organizing merchandise.,Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional displays.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail operations and processes.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
