🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design quantity surveying
• Proven track record in managing high-budget interior design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
