📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage student accounts, including billing, invoicing, and collections, using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
- Develop and implement policy frameworks for student accounts and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and university policies.
- Provide financial advice and support to students and academic departments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for student accounts.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to improve financial processes and controls.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for student-related expenses.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in student finance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student accounts or financial management.
- Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financialis.
- Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
