In this role, you will work closely with project teams to develop and implement digital cost management solutions using industry-leading software such as Glodon and BIM 360. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients achieve significant cost savings and improve project efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital cost management strategies and solutions using Glodon and BIM 360.
• Conduct cost analysis and reporting to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project budgets.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost tracking and forecasting.
• Provide training and support to project teams on the use of digital cost management tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in construction engineering informatization.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of digital cost management solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital cost management initiatives to ensure they meet project objectives.
• Prepare and present cost management reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management and quantity surveying.
• Proven experience with digital cost management tools such as Glodon and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
